A new shopping center is coming – Expected to open late 2008!!!

• The Pederson Group announced its plan to develop Stetson Village, a neighborhood shopping center at the Northeast corner of 39th Avenue and Happy Valley.  The 144,360 square foot shopping center will incorporate a major supermarket, a junior anchor, day care facility, a bank and national and local tenants that will appeal to residence living in the surrounding area.

Zip Code Change - Effective July 1st 2007

• Due to the popularity and subsequent growth of Stetson Valley we are getting a new zip code.  Phoenix Daisy Mountain Station will provide, free of charge, Form 3576 to help make the change as easy as possible.
