Job Description

Sell, process, and close homes in accordance with company business plans, with the final goal of creating a satisfied homebuyer Demonstrate features in homes located at the Welcome Home Centers Transport and accompany customers and guests to homesites and inventory homes Travel throughout the local community in order to self-generate the majority of sales from Realtor/Co-Broker business, referrals, and self-prospecting. Maintain exceptional knowledge of the community, product, and homesites Know the competition; monitor its traffic, product, pricing, sales, and advertising. Visit the competition regularly, walk the homesites and inventory homes. Maintain a notebook of competitors' offerings. Monitor and record traffic. Register guests/ Realtors and maintain a system for cultivating customers Prepare any requested reports and commission worksheets in a timely manner Participate in the homeowner orientation scheduling process and demonstrate the homesites with the customers. Work with customers on their builder option purchases Participate in community promotions and marketing programs Maintain a list of inventory homes, communicate with the field team for proper maintenance and secure daily Attend mandatory meetings to review community status and sales strategies Close escrows in a timely manner Maintain the condition of the model homes and Welcome Home Center, communicating with the field and office for maintenance. Cross-train on other communities within the division

Qualifications

High School Diploma required. College degree, a plus Previous experience in new home sales preferred. Professional Computer skills including MS Office, Lotus and CFT/Seibel Knowledge of Real Estate law required Knowledge of mortgage, finance, escrow processes a plus Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills Must be organized and efficient Team player with strong work ethic. Must interact well with co-associates, customers, outside Real Estate agents and brokers. Must work weekends and holidays; workweek will exceed 40 hours
