The Colonia floor plan offers a 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom layout with 2,900 total square feet of living space spread across one level. Enter through the covered entryway to a dedicated foyer, or step through your two-garage entrance and cut through the laundry room to access the foyer. Tucked away to the left are two bedrooms and a shared full bath ideal for kids or guests. There’s also another bedroom and bathroom suite hidden away behind the laundry room. Step through the foyer to access the main living area, which is split into two sections. The first section is an open-concept living room and dining area for formal meals and entertainment, and beyond this are the kitchen, breakfast area and large family room overlooking the back yard. This layout lets your family cook, eat and relax in comfort, yet still remain connected to one another. The kitchen is fitted with high-end finishes and modern stainless-steel appliances, and the whole main living area overlooks the patio.
