Sterling Ranch in Littleton!

Even if you’ve spent years looking at the burgeoning crop of ranch plans being offered now by Colorado builders, you’ve seen nothing like what Lennar Homes has waiting for you today in a grand opening at Sterling Ranch, the new master plan in Douglas County five minutes south of Highlands Ranch.

The prices start in the high $600s and are centered in the $700s – but that’s with Lennar’s ‘Everything’s Included’ approach to options and add-ons.

“People are blown away when they find that we’re including all of this at the standard price,” said Lennar Colorado Division President Frank Walker, showing off the built-in Monogram fridge, six-burner cooktop, double oven and double dishwasher in the kitchen of a 3,200-square-foot Sequoia model. 

Regional Sales Manager Don Rhine says buyers get frustrated trying to figure out which features are actually included in the model homes they tour.  “They know that models are dolled-up, but they don’t imagine that what they’re seeing is $200,000 worth of upgrades.”

Not so with these Icons models.  Along with features in the Sequoia’s kitchen (Williams-Sonoma culinary expert Alisa LaVance will be cooking up treats there today) you’ll see wide plank floors across the full reach of the entertaining area, along with a large covered deck, standard basement, and full-wide 3-car garage with a side-facing carriage bay, all included.

Lennar’s Debra Baca says that this is also the moment to see Sterling Ranch itself, as Atlas Coffees, Grist Taproom, and a UCHealth clinic arrive in the community’s first town center – one of nine Villages that are planned in Sterling Ranch.  You’ll see where developers are breaking ground on the first community rec center, and you’ll see the views that this site gets west to the foothills – reflecting the access that residents here have to Chatfield Lake and trails into Roxborough State Park and up Waterton Canyon.

Baca will show you a range of sites – some larger, some lower maintenance; along with seven homes that are ready for move-in this spring from $625,000.  Those include a Teton ranch, sized at 3,249 square feet plus basement and full-wide 3-car garage, with a grand-opening price of $825,000.

She is already getting buyers moving from fast-selling homes they’ve owned for decades in Highlands Ranch; and invites buyers to shop for ranches anywhere in Littleton or Castle Pines for anything close to the value offered with these Everything’s Included collections.  Take Santa Fe south from 470 to Titan Road, head west to Eagle River Street, and south four blocks.
