AZALEA PLACE GRAND OPENING SWEEPSTAKES OFFICIAL RULES NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN PRIZE. PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE CHANCES OF WINNING. The Azalea Place Grand Opening Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Lennar Homes of Arkansas, LLC, 323 Center St Ste 105-A Little Rock, AR 72201 ("Lennar" or “Sponsor”). The Sweepstakes is governed by these official rules (“Official Rules”). By participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees to abide by these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements, and understands that the results of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Lennar and its agents, are final in all respects. These Official Rules are the complete statement of the terms and conditions of the Sweepstakes. Entrants may not rely on any oral representation regarding the Official Rules (including, without limitation, by Lennar, its agents or representatives), including statements concerning interpretation or enforcement of the Official Rules. Any questions of a potential violation of the Official Rules or dispute concerning their interpretation will be decided by Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion. Sweepstakes is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law. ODDS OF WINNING. Odds of winning a prize depend on the number of eligible entries received. ELIGIBILITY Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 50 US states, DC, Canada and Puerto Rico, eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry, who attend the Sweepstakes event in-person. Employees, officers and directors of Lennar, Universal American Mortgage Company, North American Title, Erwin Penland, Zimmerman Advertising, Larry John Wright, Inc., Mottis, Rawle Murdy, Sherman Advertising Agency, Success Communications Group, iFuel Interactive, Struck, Cohen and Company Creative, WhiteHot, Inc., Gilbert & Sheppard Group, and Peak Seven Advertising, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, agents and suppliers, as well as members of their immediate families (defined as parents, spouses, children, siblings and grandparents) and individuals living in same household as those individuals are not eligible to enter or win. Lennar reserves right to verify eligibility of each entrant. HOW TO ENTER To enter, attend the Sweepstakes in person (at 3999 Ginn Road, Bentonville, AR 72712) on July 18, 2026 and submit a registration. Entries must be received during the Event to be eligible for prize drawing. Limit one (1) entry per person. Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, stolen, misdirected, misplaced, illegible, mutilated, damaged, or incomplete entries. No mailed, emailed, telephoned, faxed, or mechanically reproduced entries will be accepted. All entries become the exclusive property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Receipt of entries will not be acknowledged nor will proof of submission of an entry form be deemed proof of receipt. Sponsor has no obligation to advise an entrant of an incomplete or otherwise non-compliant entry. ENTRANT MUST BE PRESENT AT TIME OF DRAWING TO BE ELIGIBLE TO WIN. In the event of a dispute as to any entry, the authorized account holder of the e-mail account used to enter will be deemed to be the entrant. The "authorized account holder" is the natural person assigned an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Potential winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder. WINNER SELECTION One (1) prize winner. The potential prize winner will be randomly selected after the conclusion of the Event on or about July 18, 2026, from among all eligible entries received. The potential prize winner will be notified by phone or e-mail according to the contact information provided by that potential winner, or in person at the event. The potential prize winner must comply with these Official Rules in order to be confirmed the winner of a prize. The potential prize winner must sign and return any required forms, including, without limitation, affidavits of eligibility, prize acceptance and liability and publicity release forms, and IRS-W9 forms, to Lennar within seven (7) days after delivery of the forms. The return of the above-mentioned forms within the allotted time shall be solely the responsibility of the prize winner; Lennar is not responsible for delays in delivery. If prize notification is returned as undeliverable or if the potential prize winner fails to comply with these Official Rules, cannot be reached by Lennar (or its designee), or fails to return all of the required forms within the time specified, that potential prize winner may be disqualified in Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion and a new potential winner will be selected via redraw while time permits. The prize may not be awarded if an insufficient number of eligible entries is received, or the prize is unclaimed by the potential prize winner. PRIZE One (1) prize. The prize winner will select one (1) of the following prizes: (1) one (1) Yeti Tundra Haul Cooler (ARV: $450.00); or (2) one (1) $500 Lowe’s Gift Card (ARV: $500.00). Gift card terms and conditions apply. Sponsor makes no warranties, representations or guarantees relative to any prize, and disclaims all liability for the provision, use, quality or nature of any third party product or service provided to the winner. The prize winner is responsible for all taxes resulting from acceptance and use of the prize. ADDITIONAL LIMITATIONS. The prize is non-transferable. No substitution or cash equivalent of the prize is permitted; however, Lennar reserves the right to substitute a prize with another of equal or greater value. Lennar and its respective parent, affiliate and subsidiary companies, agents, and representatives are not responsible for any typographical or other errors in the offer or administration of the Sweepstakes, including, but not limited to, errors in any printing or posting of these Official Rules, the selection and announcement of any winner, or the distribution of any prize. Any attempt to damage the content or operation of this Sweepstakes is unlawful and subject to possible legal action by Lennar. Lennar reserves the right to terminate, suspend or amend the Sweepstakes, without notice, and for any reason, including, without limitation, if Lennar determines that the Sweepstakes cannot be conducted as planned or should a virus, bug, tampering or unauthorized intervention, technical failure or other cause beyond Lennar’s control corrupt the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper play of the Sweepstakes. In the event any tampering or unauthorized intervention may have occurred, Lennar reserves the right to terminate the Sweepstakes and void suspect entries at issue. Lennar and its respective parent, affiliate and subsidiary companies, agents, and representatives, and any telephone network or service providers, are not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information, or for any human error, technical malfunction, lost or delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, line failure or malfunction of any telephone network, computer equipment or software, the inability to access any website or online service or any other error, human or otherwise. INDEMNIFICATION AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY BY ENTERING THE SWEEPSTAKES, EACH ENTRANT AGREES TO RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS SPONSOR AND ITS PARENT, AFFILIATE AND SUBSIDIARY COMPANIES, ADVERTISING AND PROMOTIONAL AGENCIES, FACEBOOK, INSTAGRAM, AND ALL THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, MANAGERS, MEMBERS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES AND AGENTS (COLLECTIVELY THE “RELEASED PARTIES”) FROM ANY LIABILITY, DAMAGES, LOSSES OR INJURY (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES) WHETHER ARISING IN TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE, WHETHER ACTIVE, PASSIVE OR IMPUTED), CONTRACT, WARRANTY, STRICT LIABILITY, RELIANCE OR UNDER ANY OTHER THEORY RESULTING IN WHOLE OR IN PART, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, FROM THAT ENTRANT'S PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES AND THE ACCEPTANCE, USE OR MISUSE OF ANY PRIZE THAT MAY BE WON, AND WHETHER OR NOT THE RELEASED PARTIES HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. SPONSOR AND ITS PARENT, AFFILIATE AND SUBSIDIARY COMPANIES DO NOT MAKE ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE CONDITION, FITNESS OR MERCHANTABILITY OF THE PRIZE. PRIVACY Personal information collected from entrants at the Event is subject to Lennar’s privacy statement available at www.lennar.com/privacypolicy. Lennar may engage certain third party companies to perform services in connection with the administration of this Sweepstakes and information provided by entrants may be collected and used by those third parties for purposes of administration of the Sweepstakes and the fulfillment and verification of prize awards. Information collected may also be used for marketing and promotional purposes. PUBLICITY AND MARKETING By participating, each participant grants Sponsor permission to use his/her name, likeness, or comments for publicity purposes without payment of additional consideration, except where prohibited by law. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY The Sweepstakes Official Rules and all related web pages, content and code are the property of the Lennar or authorized third parties. The copying or unauthorized use of any of those materials, associated trademarks or any other intellectual property without the express written consent of its owner is strictly prohibited. DISPUTE RESOLUTION Entrants agree that: (1) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, this Sweepstakes or the acceptance, use or misuse of the prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas or Texas state court located in Dallas County, Texas; (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs, but in no event including attorneys' fees, disbursements or court costs; (3) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental and consequential damages, and any other damages other than for actual out-of-pocket costs; and (4) any right to a jury trial in any dispute, claim, or cause of action arising out of, or connected with, this Sweepstakes is hereby waived. COPIES OF THE RULES AND WHO WON Requests for a list of winners (after July 18, 2026) and for a copy of these Official Rules may be sent by mail to Lennar Homes of Arkansas, LLC, 323 Center St Ste 105-A Little Rock, AR 72201. All requests must be received by September 18, 2026. The Official Rules will be posted at the community center at the event and, if applicable, via link in related digital advertising and marketing materials.
