The classic Polk Theatre, built in 1928, hosts a variety of entertainment including concerts, independent films children's shows and special events.
Downtown Lakeland is considered the arts and culture hub of Lakeland, with dance, museums, theatre, art studios and public art displays. This is also the place to be for activities year-round for the entire family. Hollis Gardens is a perfect locale for photographers, as well as being a popular wedding spot.
