Our Internet Sales Consultants (ISCs)will walk you through the initial steps of your new Lennar home search, helping you narrow down your choices, based on your preferences and style. They are qualified to answer any questions and can set up an appointment for you to tour each community with one of our New Home Consultants.

When you arrive for your appointment at the Welcome Home Center, you will meet one of our New Home Consultants (NHC), who will gladly take you on a tour of the community, which includes a walk-through of any inventory homes that showcase available floorplans. Our NHCs can answer any questions you may have about the homesites and surrounding area.

Lennar is open 7 days a week, but we understand that our schedule might not meet your needs. For that, Lennar offers self-guided tour options. You can schedule a self-guided tour with our ISCs or online at Lennar.com.

Lennar offers several quick move-in homes at various stages of the build process, helping to ensure that you can move into your dream home on a timeframe that fits your needs! With Lennar, you can find a home that is move-in ready in as little as 30-45 days or you can find a home that is further from completion. Lennar’s wide array of new homes also means no bidding wars!

Your Lennar team only grows once you’ve found your dream Lennar home. You’ll be assigned a Homebuyer Concierge to guide you through the remainder of the process. Your concierge will be with you every step of the way to coordinate your documentation with your lender and to schedule your walkthroughs and new home orientation with your construction manager. They ensure that everything is in place for a smooth close, and to answer any questions you have throughout the process.
