Brooks Farm will be developed with a pool, pool house, playground and walking trails. If residents cross over Summer Road into Lennar’s Turnberry at the Park, they will then have access to Finch Creek Park, which, when complete, will border Turnberry to the north. This 200 acre $25,000,000 park is currently under development by the City of Noblesville will be a popular destination for area residents and will be accessible through Turnberry via sidewalks and walking paths. Park amenities currently under development include a playground, a spray ground, trails, shelters, restroom facilities, pickle ball courts, tennis court and basketball court. These amenities, on 27 acres, are part of the first phase of the park which is due to be complete in 2019. The park also contains an indoor youth athletic facility with 65,000 square feet of turf. The facility features 2 high-school sized baseball infields, 11 batting cages, 2 full size playing field for soccer, football, lacrosse or rugby and 5 basketball and volleyball courts. Additional phases of the park, which are said to include a softball complex, multi-purpose athletic fields, a disc golf course, archery range, dog park, aquatic center, YMCA community center, a sledding hill and 8 miles of walking trails will commence as funding and designs evolve.
