Brooks Farm’s development plan includes two separate community entrances with the main entrance and primary marketing point off Summer Road on the east side of the community. The Division will construct a model from each collection in an area where all three product sections converge. Development of the third section will contain the second entrance off 156th Street which is projected to open in 2021. The Venture and Architectural home sites shall be inter spaced throughout the community while the Villa home sites shall be contained within two distinct pods on the south and east sides of the community. The pods, one at each entrance of the community, have retention ponds and open common areas that will serve as buffers to separate the Villas from the Venture and Architectural products and the exterior roads.
