The Worker Advantage Program, by the Nevada Housing Division, celebrates the dedication of Nevada’s essential workers in education, healthcare, public safety and construction by helping make homeownership more attainable. Qualified buyers may receive up to $20,000 to use toward a down payment or to buy down their loan’s interest rate—it’s up to you. Assistance is provided as a no-interest, no-payment 30-year second mortgage for eligible primary residences.
