Open to legal residents of the 50 US states, DC, Canada and Puerto Rico, eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry, who attend the Sinton Ranch Grand Opening event in-person and complete the scavenger hunt entry requirements. To enter, attend the Sinton Ranch Grand Opening event on 8/22/26 and complete the following: (1) collect a stamp card from the greeting team; (2) visit the Welcome Home Center and receive a stamp; (3) tour one home and receive a stamp; and (4) connect with a New Home Consultant and receive a stamp. Complete the entry ticket with your name, phone number, and email address, and submit into the drawing cage. Entries must be received during the Event. Total of three (3) prizes: (1) one (1) HEB Gift Card (ARV: $200.00); (2) one (1) Ninja Creami Ice Cream Maker (ARV: $208.00); and (3) one (1) Nespresso Vertuo Coffee and Espresso Maker (ARV: $219.00). Gift card terms and conditions apply. Manufacturer’s warranties apply to product prizes. Prize winners are responsible for all taxes resulting from acceptance and use of the prize.
